Thank you so much for the clarification...especially that any two doctors could come to a VERY different conclusion (mgus vs. smm) based on (1) Where the biopsy was taken form AND/OR (2) Appx. number of plasma cells....EVERY mgus patient should be made aware of this!

Hi thank you for these videos because they are very help and I was wondering if you have more information on Smoldering Multiple Myeloma due to me being falsely diagnosed as having MGUS + Bone Marrow with 20% plasma cells in 2021 and then in 2022 discrepancy #2 that 20% plasma cells suggested that they didn't know if active or inactive case of myeloma and then final being told I had smoldering myeloma, but discrepancy #4 pulmonologist tried to suggest that didn't have Smoldering MM due to the stability of my condition and lung nodules made not possible. I wanted to know if you have video explaining Smoldering Multiple Myeloma and Osteopenia condition can put in the category of multiple myeloma. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
