No, his other hand can move. You just need to bend it for a bit and it will work. I’ve done it before with my figure and it hasn’t broke.

I think it’s pretty cool especially if you are a hulk fan. Some won’t think it’s cool unless they actually watch the beginning of the hulk and how he first became the hulk in the chamber.
