INSURANCE MONEY! Depending who owns it...blk, latino, wht, azn etc they'll flip it as racial to get their insurance $$$. I'm sure its worth a lot more burnt out than operating.

Either a delusional patron did it, or a ex spouse that snapped, or made to look like the owner didn't do it. Laundromats are sometimes very expensive and the mortgages are enormous. The realtors are known for such small businesses as making such investments appear better on paper than they turn out to be. Think: used car salesman type scenarios. However, that owner may have been a victim of a delusional patrons kid if the out of order pop machine ate his quarters. It's sad when a country doesnt have free universal healthcare access. They cause a lot damages to laundromats, moreso in socioeconomically challenged areas. Laundromats should be kept affordable for them based on their income levels. Especially homeless people should be allowed to use even a couple of the machines at no charge whenever possible. The govt can reemburse the owners of such businesses with proof. A fingerprint scanner maybe for allowing them preapproved access to use some of the machines? Seems possible.
