Jim Garlow - Liberty University Convocation

Показать описание
On November 16, 2011 at Convocation, North America's largest weekly gathering of Christian students, Dr. Jim Garlow, author, communicator, commentator, historian, cultural observer and Senior Pastor of Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, CA, spoke about how many people go through earthquakes, or significant moments in life, and miss them. He spoke about the importance of discerning the time and engaging, yet transcending culture without every compromising or devaluing the power of the Word of God.
In 2008, Garlow and the church were noted for their leading role in organizing conservative religious groups to support California Proposition 8, which banned same-sex marriage in California. Garlow is often cited as an evangelical leader in the political arena. 👉 LIKE this video and SUBSCRIBE to our channel for more about life at Liberty.
