International Men's Day 2024

On International Men’s Day, we’re celebrating the theme of ‘Positive Male Role Models’. Today is a recognition of all the incredible men who continue to inspire and uplift those around them, and lead with strength and empathy.

At #teamastley, we have an amazing group of men who continue to inspire us every day. Our HSQE Manager and Health Advocate, Justin, tells us the importance of International Men’s Day and the power of showing appreciation for those around us.

Strength isn’t just physical – it’s in compassion and vulnerability. It’s in asking for help when needed. It’s in showing up, time and again.

As fathers, sons, brothers, colleagues, and friends, these men are all role models. They continue to make a positive difference and shed a light on so many other lives around them.
