They should not investigate themselves! Shame on Kaiser!

Kaiser has a tradition in serving you the worst way possible. You just can’t see the behind behavior staff

So a homeless person can pick up patients health info in the dump?

And why aren’t the blood and equipment not disposed of properly. That’s dangerous and will have environmental impacts

I've had wonderful experiences with Kaiser over 40 years. They saved my life, literally! They were great with my husband when he had cancer. I'm still a trusting member! ❤

Rob Bonita just wants more money for the state. Let’s not pretend he cares.

Those were records of patients that have died while being hospitalized in Kaiser.

Rob Bonta should practice what he preaches. If the Attorney General doesn’t fallow the law than who will. The constitution is the law of the land regardless if he agrees with it or not

I can't speak for how they treat people but from my first hand experience as a contractor, their operational practice's and infrastructure are either outdated and or failing to perform under the current requirements. Epic (software) is the standard and has been for a few years now, but some hospitals have yet to fully adopt the critical functions that keep the system accurate and available. Just the fact that X-rays are still managed on disk, and not accessible to the patient online is a HIPA issue, but until Epic solves the security problems, all hospitals will not be in compliance. I agree that this is a state wide issue with all hospitals that use Epic, but to just not use it is again another violation of not only HIPA, but against all employees and patients. It's supposed to keep people accountable, but if it's not adopted the system is doomed to fail and people are going to get hurt.
