Putin signs new naval doctrine that casts US as Russia's main rival

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a new naval doctrine which casts the United States as Moscow's main rival.

Speaking on Russia's Navy Day, Mr Putin said his fleet would have unique hypersonic missiles in its arsenal.

“It will suffice to mention the latest tsirkon missile systems which have no equal in the world for which there are no barriers,” Mr Putin said.

“Their delivery to the Russian Army Forces will begin in the coming months.”

Russia is NOT blocking wheat out of Ukraine. Ukraine mined their ports and ships do not want to enter those waters. But Russia gets blamed for the west's stupid policies, this is nothing different.
