Here are a few Valentine's Day horror movies:
The first one made in 2001 with David Boreanaz and Denise Richards called 'Valentine.' A super fun slasher, I watch it every year. There's also 'My Bloody Valentine' the original from 1981 and the remake in 2009. Also really fun slasher movies.

I don’t really celebrate Easter so I do spring equinox/Ostara, and go more witchy/cottage core vibes with grass bunnies, mushrooms, etc. You could repurpose a bunch of your Halloween decor for that!
