I have this question which is off topic a little bit but it relates to angels, hopefully it's not a problem.

Can someone with psychic abilities asks an angel who has the power to see past, present and future for the exact lottery numbers. For example this Shem angel Eshaliah has the power to see past present and future. Do you think the angel would tell the conjuror the lucky numbers to win the lottery or the angel won't?
