I believe George Strait what is so talented because he’s saying about Texas and if he’s saying about taxes, it was about his heart belonging in Texas. He never strayed from Texas singing about Texas, gave him the edge on his singing because he was singing always about something he loved, and still does.❤🙌🏻🤍😇

Wow! I've never heard George Strait sing this song, until now. San Antonio Rose is from before my time (I was born in 1968), but it's my favorite song by Bob Wills And The Texas Playboys. My Dad, who passed away in April of 2018, was a huge Bob Wills fan, and I know he'd enjoy hearing George Strait sing this song, as well. I've heard lots of different cover versions of San Antonio Rose, and George Strait's cover of it is, by far, the best. I love me some George Strait.!
