Показать описание
"FUO" is the call-sign of the French Navy military transmitter in Toulon, south of France.
The transmission is produced in NATO's standard for HF communications, the STANAG-4285 (single-tone modem).
Most communications are encrypted, but some un-encrypted loops may be decoded with help of specialized software.
The "looped clear message", consists basically in the "ZNR UUUUU" Military code indicating that the message that follows is unclassified, followed by the transmitter identification, followed by some text and numbers sequence and ended by the "INF ZBZ" military code: "was everything clear?"
