Jesus Christ this case makes me mad. What a slap in the face to the searchers and Aliza’s other family to keep hope alive when you KNOW she’s gone.

Your voice calms me, even with the subjects discussed. I was cleaning up after dinner listening intently. My hubby walked and asked if it was just the Queen or the Dynamic Duo. He might not know your names, but he definitely recognized your voice.

I totally agree with your take on this case. I also appreciate your compassionate commentary about being a young single parent. I was a mom at 18 and I remember the judgment. It’s really tough. I’m lucky I had a good support system. Now as a grandma I try to remember those exhausting days and provide that support to my grown kids who parent. I love your channel. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for always presenting your cases in a way that’s most respectful to the victims, rather than what will get the most clicks ❤️

A friend's daughter was found to be an unfit mother, unable to properly care for her two very young children. Canada's version of CPS took the two children away from her. Both eventually were adopted by other families. The daughter's response to having her children taken was to get pregnant again. That child was taken from her at the hospital shortly after birth. She waited a while, social workers were no longer considering her unfit to be a mother as the required time on the case had expired. So, she got pregnant again. When social workers found out, they paid her a visit. Before they could take the child away, again, my friend asked if she could foster the child. My friend then was granted full custody of her grandchild with her daughter being unable to live with her mother because she was to have no contact with the child. She waited a while and guess what? She got pregnant again. This time, she had followed a course on how to take care of a baby, how to clean properly and other basic daily skills. She was finally allowed to keep this last child.

Sure, you can go ahead and have more babies...but it doesn't mean you'll be allowed to keep them. After what she did and the lies she told, I hope that U.S. CPS is as diligent with her as social workers here in Canada were with my friend's daughter. She lost her right to be a mother after what she did to Aliza.

when my husband was 4, he had a serious injury around his eye. the er had prepped around his eye so all he could see was the needle come to his eye. he was so hysterical the doctor slapped him and told mom "when he gets hurt again, don't bring him here"
same thing with the dentist at 10 yrs old. this was in the 70s. we found an old prescription label with heavy duty sedatives for him. at the age of 3 he was prescribed the dose for an adult. im not joking we have proof. the medical field can sometimes eat a buffet of d!x.

I agree that almost all parents feel like they are at the end of their rope sometimes. ( I question the honesty of any parent says they've never felt like that before). The difference is that MOST don't kill their child...or even hurt them. Her story doesn't add up...except maybe in her mind.

I had my first child when ALL kinds of theories of what caused SIDs. No bedding, a sleep sack, no pillow, no cosleeping, cosleeping only if you're bottlefeeding, cosleeping only if your nursing, the room could be too hot, there could be a draft that could cause a reaction that causes sids. It was over the place. I ended up doing long term nursing and cosleeping with the first one, the second one didn't like cosleeping, and I thought my last one would never get out of our bed. They're all big and healthy now and still nobody can agree on what causes SIDs.

Hi Stephanie. As always, your presentation and research is stellar. I enjoy this channel soooo much and your other channel with Derrick. Ummm….do you plan to do J Edgar Hoover and the birth of FBI? While I was watching your Bonnie and Clyde docu series, you said it is a possibility. Oh please please, Steffie dearest….if you can find it in your heart to pull off yet another masterpiece?? 😀 Im gonna watch either way but its worth a try lol!!

Premature babies sometimes "forget" to breath so they are given caffein. So sounds plausible about the enzym theori on SIDS

Pink House of Wellsville, NY

I grew up in Allegany County. The Pink House has a history of hauntings. I think if you look it up online, it's also known as the Bell House. There are a few stories going around about it and I would love to know what the truth is. 2 stories involve the drowning of a daughter, but the circumstances in each were very different.
It's a victorian house that's always been pink with white gingerbreading. My unbeatable is that it was willed to the town with the proviso it be painted pepto bismal pink in perpetuity. My own research says the house is owned privately. But I would love to see what you uncover. I hope you choose this one. It's my favorite house in all the world. Thank you

I love watching your videos. This was a very interesting case. So sad😓 I will never understand how someone could do this to their OWN child 😓💔 thank you for doing what you do. I never heard of this case till today.
