Vegan Grilled Cheese (Violife Cheese) | Colleen Patrick-Goudreau

April is National Grilled Cheese Month, and in its honor, I made some grilled cheese sandwiches using coconut-oil-based cheese called Violife, made by a Greek company. You can do the same with any of your favorite vegan cheeses. (We used Sourdough bread and Earth Balance as our butter, of course.) This was an impromptu video, and I was very lucky to have help from two of the cutest neighbors a girl could have. Camera operation and children provided by my sista from another mista, Lori Furman.

Lately I've been addicted to Daiya Vegan Cheddar Cheese. I grill it with tempeh 'bacon' and it's sooo easy and delicious :)
