Awesome until you have issues. Samsung finally decided to take mine back and I went back to Whirlpool. My biggest complaint is you cannot take out the softener tray on the top or bottom washer to clean it. The dryer will eventually get really loud. The black will start to come off not to mention it doesn't matter how careful you are the black plastic will scratch. The eco feature always on it annoying it should default off vs always on. And as I can see in your video the check dryer vent light is on mine did that as well and the vent was clean and meet all the requirements but still came on. If I run the vent test it will pass every time but when you dry clothes it will come on. Paid 4500 dollars for this set for non stop issues but glad Samsung took them back and issued a full refund.

pls enlighten me with this washer!
should i see water splashing during the cycle or i will just see dump clothes being tossed during the cycle? this washer doesn’t wash our clothes good. I washed the clothes we used for bbq, after the load is done the clothes still smell like soothe/bbq smoke (I used the same detergent when i had my old washer and i never had this problem)!
i would appreciate it if you can make a video on how it looks like during the wash cycle so that there is a comparison thanks

Is it ok to add fabric softener in softener compartment as soon you hit start to wash clothes or should I wait for the rinse??

Does the top flex wash on your machine make a noticeable noise when first starting up? Mine makes a pretty significant noise, like a humming noise when it first stars up.
