How to Give Feedback (The Feedback Sandwich is Old and Stale)

I have personally used the Feedback Sandwich style of communication many times in my career, and it has seen on and off success. Many managers and leaders still do use it regularly.

But I know there is a better way to have a 'Feedback' type conversation with someone, and I wanted to share it with you here.
