Soldering copper pipes for towel rail!

In this ASMR Plumbing video, I’m re-Plumbing up a towel rail in a new position with some new radiator valves. The new position needs the pipework to be altered to fit and I start by desoldering some old fittings just to make sure that the pipework that’s left is as new as possible.

The pipework was pretty close to the wall, so I had to cut it using a multitool with Derblaue bucket system catching the water as much as possible. This system is very Bendy and it allows me to tuck it in places to try and catch all the water I can. After cutting the pipework and getting rid of the water I can the start desoldering the copper fittings.

The copper fittings I’m using are solder ring for the tees and just normal end feed. I really like the solder ring fittings are you get a more solid solder joint as it makes sure it goes all around.

Once all soldered up it’s time to frighten up the compression fittings using some jointing compound to finish off. If you like today’s asmr plumbing video please give it a like, comment down below and subscribe if you are new!

In our country we don’t use cooper pipe. More easy plastic pipe

Buddy don’t use that tool to strip the pipe sand it so there’s no leftover residue on it shouldn’t be using soldering wire for that. You gotta be using brazing wire.
