My grandfather Don Cuco Hermosillo wrote this song for my grandmother in 1937 and gave a copy to las Hermanas Padilla when they played a show in Hanford, CA. He died never knowing that they recorded his beloved song. I don't see that they put him down as the composer which is disappointing. I have the original sheet music that he hand wrote.
