Stefan Pape from HeyUGuys interviews Amy Adams & Jeremy Renner for their movie Arrival for HeyUGuys.

The film comes from director Denis Villeneuve and is based on the short story 'Story of Your Life' by Ted Chiang.

During the interview they discuss working with the aliens on set and their upcoming DC and Marvel projects.

Plot: A linguist is recruited by the military to assist in translating alien communications.

Anybody noticed how Amy Adams is so into Jeremy Renner not in a cheesy romantic way but like looking up to someone with love and respect. They have been friends for 2-3 decades and Renner did this film to support a female lead script and Amy Adams. That friendship and mutual respect shows up in the way Adams looks at Renner.

Almost all human beings, if they want to, can learn English, even at a basic level.
In the movie for some reason, aliens can't, if they don't have mouths, but they have tentacles or whatever, with so much intelligence and technology (mastery of dimensions, time and space), they couldn't make elementary software to communicate, or something like that? It is a spectacular film for a thousand other reasons, and I lean towards the idea that we are not alone. But that great detail in the movie doesn't seem plausible.
