Just got mine today and im totally floored with how awesome it looks. I'm nervous as hell handling it though, because of all the points (which are quite sharp), also its propellers look fragile. But all in all, i love this figure.

I really hope Warper has the same amount of paint detail as this one. I had originally thought of just getting warper as the black was really doing it for the bat wing look, the detail on this guy is just amazing. and now i dont know if i should preorder this guy too!

I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of the vehicle mode, but that is one NICE Robot mode. ....Except I wish they had painted the gun barrels darker.

This is going to look BOSS in Skywarp's colors.

I find the blue pegs on the wings highly suspicious. Most likely another function is attached to them somehow.

Have you seen the images from the HoS comic? If you have then you would know the vehicle mode does a pretty good job of looking like the artwork. I wouldnt say it was sacrificed for the bot mode, but rather a mix of trying to capture both modes the best they could from the original art.

I really want these, but because of my inability to successfully revert Cyclops back to alt mode, the HoS line had dropped on my priority list. I want to focus on TFC combiners first, Alternity second, Prime 3rd, Classics 4th, and then these.

You don't think that you're supposed to rotate the waist around in vehicle mode when the air-commander vehicle mode so the train grill looking part is forwards and he can PULL the knight-morpher wagon? He looks like his legs is some sort of train hybrid? Especially the skirt/cod piece that seem to be a train grill.
