The CX 5 Premium Plus still has the features we love including ventilated front seats, active driving display, heated steering wheel, power folding side mirrors, heater rear seats, parchment leather with new updates.

This color and equipment combination is the first CX-5 I saw when I came to Mazda and fell in love with it. The Machine Gray Metallic with the Parchment white leather is gorgeous.

We just bought a 24 model in Machine Gray. a couple of weeks ago. I'm kind of glad it doesn't have the cylinder deactivation and start/stop. I'll take the hit in fuel economy for better long term reliability.

Does this model offer the ability to check each tires pressure?

If the turbo models didn't exist, I think I'd still get the Premium Plus trim over one of the turbo trims, but I personally love the Carbon Turbo & Signature trims. I wish you could get a lighter interior color in the Signature trim though. The Carbon Edition & the Premium Plus are the best trims before stepping up to one of the turbo trims

I have always been a Honda person, but just purchased 2025 premium plus because we gave our 2019 CRV loaded SUV to daughter after she totaled her vehicle in an accident.

What we got in amenities in this CX5 we would never get with Honda as everything is an add-on. Hondas attitude is your lucky, it's a Honda. Mazda should be come look at our vehicles. Because once in the door, you see the difference in the quality, amenities, and sticker price.

A few days ago I visited a Mazda dealership. The CX-5 Premium Plus is beautiful inside & out. You get a lot of car for the money.
But it has a drawback: fuel economy. The 2024 models only get 23/29 mpg city/hwy driving. Since I do a lot of city driving I need better mpg. The 2025 model gets 26/30 mpg, but that's because of the i-stop and cylinder deactivation feature. I've been reading many complaints about this feature from CX-5 owners. You need to do research before you buy the 2025. If you are ok with 23 mpg in the city then consider the 2024 model. Right now Mazda is offering 0% interest financing and a $1000 bonus on 2024 models.
