To those who say this video is "cringey" ... this is real life. It's verbal abuse most people deal with daily. If bringing it to light makes you uncomfortable, GOOD. It should. Words like this damage the victim over time and can lead to self-harm, depression and even suicide. When we stop sweeping verbal abuse under the rug, we can cause CHANGE in our own lives and the lives of others. Don't take or accept verbal abuse of any kind.

Love this!! It took me YEARS to undo the toxic words my mother, and family spoke into my life as a kid. Now, I make sure to speak to myself in loving ways, like I'm talking to a best friend. It really helps put me in a better mood, but it also has helped build self esteem, even at this late stage in my life (50 in October).
