Everyone keeps forgetting there are over 40 versions of Superman. If Goku went up against Cosmic Armor, Pre-Crisis, Silver Age, or Superboy Prime Goku would beat so bad it's not even funny but against the more recent ones like Post-Crisis, New 52, JL Superman, and Golden Age Goku would actually win pretty easily.
