Edit: I searched google it said complement of Universal set is ø and complement of ø is Universal set

Hi sir i think i cannot under stand is why is it in( B-A)'={3, 5} like 3 and 5 cannot found in both A and B also in B-A={3, 5} even they cannot see in A can you explain it to me sir?
