I bought these buds, however I found two defects. Noise reduction doesn't seem to work when I switch from off to noise canceling mode I don't hear any difference between the two modes. Then when I listen to videos like this I hear a slight background noise.

I wanted to ask a few questions, please try to answer them. Like you mentioned that these are bass heavy earbuds. And noise cancellation is excellent. In my case I had a totally different experience. I have Samsung S20FE and S21FE and on both the devices they sound very off bass off depth off richness.

That day I tried connecting these with a realme device. And then they sounded exactly like you said. Bass richness, depth in audio was on point.

Can you please try connecting these earbuds to a Samsung device and let me know if you had the same experience as me.
