I’ve never been scared on camera. I just hate having to shoot every line ten times because I can’t get em right

Wow this series would be a killer watch for anyone new to YouTube or presenting. Huge key tips here. Talking to the camera like it is a person definitely helps. 3 main points is always a great strategy for any kind of presenting too. Keep up the great work!

Great tips, and so concise, too!
I've been talking to a camera on and off for over ten years and I'm always learning new stuff to improve.

Rock and roll with Eric and Ryan! For me, the more that I can get out of my head and not so much focus on getting the words perfect, the better I'm able to make a more emotional connection with the message delivery.

What helps me to properly delivering my message is to split up the whole video in sections that tend to be about a minute long. I then practice one section, record it, practice the next, record it, and so on. Since each section is so short I can repeat it many times until I am happy. But I have to be careful not to practice to a point where I memorize everything that I say which starts to sound scripted then, haha.

I really LOVE the “talking to someone behind the camera” thing, guys! That might help me with having less outtakes :)

Practice in the mirror? That sounds like work!
