UChecker is an open-source utility that can be used to detect insecure shared libraries that are in memory on your server. UChecker is written in Python, and available on Github. In this video, I show some basic detail about the script and a few sample runs.

Recommending piping a script from a URL into a root shell isn't confidence inspiring.

Executing from a curl and worse, executing as root from a curl. Some code that contains cryptic binaries in strings, these are red flags to me.

A few tips for preventing 297 login attempts. 1) Disable password logins, use only ssh keys. 2) Hide your ip on YouTube videos.

Well if you do 1, you can show your ip.

@LearnLinuxTV You checked the script at github.com, but curl is loading from kernelcare.com... Those script could be completely different. Maybe better warn about checking the actual script?

Cool script, would it be able to run over, for example, an Ansible to run this script over multiple desktops or servers?

There aren't many users; so I don't think the code has been well vetted.
