Beef for Stew (Cleaned & Seasoned Video Linked Below)

5 Garlic Cloves
1 Medium Onion
2 Bunch of Watercress
2 Green Plantains
1 Medium Size Yellow Yam
2 Sticks of Celery
4-5 Large Potatoes
4-6 Carrots
1 Maggie Bullion Cube (Chicken Flavor)
1/4 Cup of Butter

Dumplings:
2.5 Cups of Flour
1 TSP of Salt
1/2-1 Cup of Water
& a lot of hand work 😂
