3 minutes into it, I should have to wonder who is the guest he couldn't stand. For the record, this is the video I can't stand.

This is a perfect lesson on how to take a two minute story and turn it into 12 1/2 minutes of fluff. This guy must be in love with his voice. It's not worth it.

I fast forwarded so many times, I never did find out which guest he didn’t like.

Every time I hear this guys voice I know I’m in for a 20 minute story that could have been told in 30 seconds.
Adios, I’m out….

Your headline is "The Guest Johnny Carson Couldn't Stand" 1/3 of the way thru this vid and NOTHING said about that. It's all about Carson personality and family. WTF?

Johnny Carson was a brilliant entertainer. I miss him & his show. He was a very reserved midwesterner.

Johnny Carson loved comedians & impressionists. He helped launch a lot of younger comedians careers.

Johnny was the best late night TV host of his time. He was a quick wit and always made me laugh. I liked it when he had elderly people on. He was always so sweet to them.

None the less, I really liked watching Carson.
He had some fun times on his show, too. Whenever John Wayne was on the show, I made it a point to watch it for sure. I enjoyed watching when old timers were on the show, like James Stewart, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Chuck Connors and even Uncle Milti, Milton Berle.

Johnny will be remember by so many who looked forward to the show as a nightcap to the work-week day. The talented writers he employed skewered liberals and conservatives equally and Johnny's delivery was always masterful....you never felt that the show was slanted to a particular bent and the laughs were genuine, not dubbed in later. Let the man rest in peace..as a Showman he was a Class Act.

Regardless of what happened on any day in my life, or Johnny's too for that matter, he was on my tv smiling away, making light of life and enabling me to fall happily asleep.

I'm sorry, I watched this. I saw Johnny Carson, so I gravitated to it. Every human is flawed.
Mr. Carson was and is still one of the best talk show hosts in history. One of the naturally funny men on TV. I still watch him at least once a week. Some people seem to thrive on negativity. It might be wise to separate art from personal issues. The old adage
'One must squint their eyes, or you will never like what you see'! I loved how Don Rickle's would make Johnny double over with laughter. Great television. And his nemesis Joan Rivers.

I heard a story about Tim Conway on the show. Carson was committed to have a guest on for a certain amount of time. The guest was the most boring guest ever. While Carson was talking to this guest, unknown to him, Conway kept turning the clock back so Carson was stuck talking to this guest. As a result a cage was put on the clock so it couldn't be easily adjusted
