It's not just the fact that Caitlin Clark is so good. It's that things are changing because of the Caitlin Clark effect. A lot more eyes on the game, a lot more TV time and a lot more people in the stands especially if it's a Caitlin Clark game AKA Indiana Fever, sellout crowds have never been a thing for the WNBA. They also are getting charter flights instead of flying coach. There's a lot more money coming into the league and Caitlin Clark is a huge part of it. It's all the same kind of thing that happened back in 79 when bird went to the Celtics, he got a huge contract and everybody thought he wouldn't do that good, he only turned out to be a legend😊 and you got to give a shout out to Magic because it was a magic and bird thing. But there was a lot of bird haters at the time . Mercury and the fever was a good game today. I've only ever watched parts of a couple of WNBA games before this season, now I'm constantly looking up to see when the fever plays again, jumped right on that bandwagon😂😂
