I'm Monica, an Internal Medicine attending at University of California, Los Angeles. I'm here to provide high-yield videos for medical students and residents. started my first week of pediatrics on newborn last week, and gosh I wish I had this information. my preceptor told me I needed to improve my A&Ps, and I'm so glad I found this so I can blow her away this week. Thank you so much Dr. Jeong!!!

Hi Dr. Jeong, thank you so much for making these videos. I have been asking so many people for years how to go about workflow, but I've always been told "you'll figure out what works for you" instead of shown a way of how to do it. I wanted to request whether you could do a video on pre-charting a patient who has had a long hospital stay. I've been getting lost in the sea of information and have been worried about appearing unprepared when probed on specifics from several weeks ago. Thank you again!

Your videos are AMAZING! So helpful for seeing the forest through the trees and thinking about how to categorize the endless reams of data to understand what's significant.

Curious - a lot of this seems to depend on having the technology of the EMR mastered! When do med students get training in how to learn EPIC (or whichever EMR they use)? I could easily see your entire pre-round destroyed because of unfamiliarity with the tech.
