Trump's speech is spot on and the best so far, Seun your foremost political scientist in the studio is speaking out of hatred for Trump, where has he been since May 29th 2023? What has he said about the economic woes faced by Nigerians, the hike in prices etc. Americans were so happy and excited to listen to Trump's speech yesterday, a President's first assignment is the safety, wellbeing & security of lives and properties of his people.

This interview made me go listen to Trump's inaugural speech. It was indeed a very inspiring speech. So bold and full of hope for Americans. How could prof consider such a beautiful piece the worst in US history? Trump said "I am with you and I will fight with you..".

During the signing of some the new executive orders today, Trump said that he will DEAL RUTHLESSLY WITH ALL THE COUNTRIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRICS rather than watch their plans impact AMERICA in any negative way.
People are not saying much about this so far, but I’m sure Trump’s tenure won’t be a boring one !!!.

All what Donald Trump has said during his inaugural speech he has said them during his campaign activities and the citizens of the United States of America Voted for him. They vote what they feel is the best for their future, that's their decision. Let them be
My take: Kemi- a daughter of a professor at UNILAG, her father a Medical Doctor, she went International School at UNILAG will make sound like she's selling groundnuts or water on the street of Lagos.

This is not a constructive criticism. Focus more on your own country.

Prof. forgot PALM OIL…Malaysia is the largest exporter of this product even though they came to Nigeria in the 70s to buy palm oil/carnel seeds to begin their own production and lean how to harvest it.
Today, Nigeria is only relying on oil.
Today, President Trump in one of his executive orders said that the U S will limit her financial support or totally cut off financial support to THE WORLD BANK AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL BANKING INSTITUTIONS WHERE COUNTRIES LIKE NIGERIA BORROWS MONEY FROM.
Prof. did not address this, but I’m sure it will affect Nigeria negatively.

President Trump should not be the one to fix your country for yourself. Stop expecting handout.

In every international law or diplomacy the primary interest is your country.
As Africans we need to start focusing on our national interest and demand to be treated as equally not those looking for a Messiah in other nations. Then later we complain that we're oppressed, when by this analysis it seems we're dependent. What is our foreign policy and how do we deal with our neighbors in Mali, Chan and Niger or even Burkina Faso?
