To expand on what you're saying, I try to not only build up and encourage people, but I try as much as possible to project positivity at all times. Especially now that I'm no youngster anymore (58), I've learned that your words and actions can and will have a lasting effect on people. Projecting positivity has the power to change an otherwise crappy day for someone into a productive and pleasant day. You are so right, doctor Mudgil.

I never did understand the naysayers🤔. It doesn't make sense to want to tear down someone's aspirations, hopes, or dreams; that's just being mean! Do you suppose that the naysayer is so miserable in their life that trying to make another person miserable is a ploy to justify their negativity? After all, misery loves company.

I understand what you are saying but having those people continually build you up. I believe that you will need those people that also need to paint a realistic picture of life’s situation. As a result, keep you in check. It won’t always be glamorous. You know this. For example, and I don’t know the gentleman that you talked to about medical school, but maybe you missed his “real intention”. Again, he could have arrogant, I don’t know. Advice about being on the waiting list for 7 medical schools. I mean, damn! Even Einstein couldn’t have done that. You need to build yourself up and not rely on others because one day you might not have those people around.
