They want to be unhappy because they are happiest when they are getting attention by complaining.

I would definitely reply as the business to the review telling the truth. That she refused to allow you to walk on her property to even see much less clean anything up

I’d probably sue her over the review. A company did this in Washington State several years ago due to a similar situation and won a pretty big award!

as an owner i deal with people like this. no one wants to talk and work things out anymore. they would rather sit in the corner with the lights off and blame the rest of the world for their own down falls. short and sweet reply. offered to clean up, was told to get off the property. wish her all the best

Telling your side is enough for me. Don't worry you tried to clean it but some people are sad and lonely. They don't know how to deal with their emotions and won't even ask for help. We can only pray for them. You keep doing your best and being kind while doing it and God will take care of the rest. Keep being awesome ❤

Don't worry about her. Something I've discovered through my 25 years of customer service, is that, even though they claim to be angry about the issue, they're actually enjoying it. Especially for those that are lonely, complaining or getting angry about something gives them something to do. It fills part of their day and gives them interaction with others. You can either turn it around to something positive or end it by not responding.

A Karen who lived next to a friend of mine caused him so much unwarranted grief. She would harass him on every level even calling the cops on him because his kids left their bikes on the sidewalk in front of his own house. One morning he noticed her from his backdoor holding her chest and then falling to the ground he waited a moment to see if she got up but she didn't. He feared approaching her because he figured she would blame him for her dilemma. He decided to call 911 so he went to get his cell phone in his bedroom. He was about to make the call but stood there still wondering if he should get involved. Just as he finally decided to call he heard sirens approaching another neighbor had seen the situation and called the fire department but this neighbor also didn't approach the scene. The woman was taken away and passed away en route to the hospital. After the commotion, a number of the neighbors came out to discuss what happened. It seemed more than one of them called 911 but knowing the personality of the woman none of them could find it in their heart to go to the woman to comfort her. Being a Karen does have its consequences.
