I am new to hand lettering. I started a free class online that was the basic strokes. Show me your Drills by The Happy Ever Crafter, which is fantastic. I was doing the drills, and I was loving it, but I wanted to go faster, so I needed a book that would show me what the letters would look like. I always buy things on Amazon, so I went looking for a book for beginners. I had a hard time finding one because you can't really look inside the books. I chose this book because it had 20 different fonts and I figured it would give me a good idea of which letters I wanted to use.
I would have love to have found a book review before I purchased this book, so I could have seen what the pages and fonts looked like. This is why I made this video for you. She also has a spiral-bound book that I think will be easier to trace/practice with. I've had the same issue with regularly bound workbooks and fighting the pages. Love your creativity!
