Firstly Panigales speed by design measures 5% over.

Secondly given the reduction in tyre diameter and change in rear sprocket this gives only an additional approximate 2.9% increase in max speed per gear.

But, if the bike has not been recalibrated for the tyre change then it will show a speed increase of approx 7.8%.

Given that and the designed 5% you get this BS 363kmh.

Truth is with that tyre and cog change you'd be lucky to get a true 339kmh excluding power and external limitations.

And rest assured with the riders fiction he shows (bad postion, flexible clothing etc) you'd never get to 340 with an assumed 224 crank hp or approx 199 rw hp.

And yes, my figures are based off the spec'd ratios with the best approximation of tyre diameters, actual tyre specs vary by type and manufacturer.

And yes, I own a V4S with full system, filter and mapping to suit. And run it down a 2.5km closed runway, no it didn't do 363kmh
