My favorite part is that it even has the average Riot hitbox. The rocket literally goes past the mark, then disappears and the explosion happens

250 ME for something that dynamic streaming overlay designers have been doing for years. Truly a riot games moment.

Edit: I say streaming overlay but I mean those dynamic flashy effects streamers use that light up when they use abilities, win games, etc.

I still love the fact that there is a 1/5th chance off it being "your" finisher.
Like you pay 250 Me (wtf Riot) and then there is a chance that you won't even see it

Riot next patch: We have disabled the ability to skip the victory/defeat screen. Now it's mandatory to click on the continue button. We believe that this change will improve the player's experience.

New patch : leaving the game without seeing the finisher will cost you 3 lp and you will get suspended 15 minutes from the queue

Imagine they had simply added this effect for the duration of the arcane season 2 or even 1 week prior to build up even more hype.
It would have been the perfect way to remind everyone of the first seasons final.
Everyone would have celebrated it and riot would have garnered some pluspoints for a change.


They could still have made the effect a permanent unlock in the mythic shop and just removed it for everyone else after the season 2 act 3 weekend and noone would be mad.
