Hi Catherine I just made this salad wow so good I left out the onions and peppers for my husband I added thick cut bacon also was just thinking black beans would be good in it and I’m a Katherine also from IOWA 😀

I made my salad dressing with Italian Dressing, Chipotle mayo, I added cucumbers, beets, corn and a little cheese. It is a hit with the family. Since I'm lactose intolorent I can't use buttermilk and most dairy products. Thank you Katherine's Plate
