My Favorite Season 4 Scene from Big Mouth has to be Matthew and Maury crying the pain away together, I know it’s a short tearjerker/heartwarming moment, but it reminds me of the ending scene from episode 9 of Season 1 where Andrew and Maury cried the pain away together because Missy dumped Andrew, and also, the scene with Matthew and Maury crying together and the other scene with Andrew and Maury crying together made me realize that Maury is not only the funniest Big Mouth character and The Best Hormone Monster in Big Mouth, Maury is The Most Humane, Relatable and Realest Character in Big Mouth because he has that “Best Father Figure” Side to him and he can understand anyone’s emotion, like if Andrew and Matthew are not OK and they feel they want to cry the pain away, Maury’s gonna understand how they feel and he wants to share his pain and tears with them

As the first clip of Big Mouth I watched and didn’t know what it was at first. Watched all 5 seasons. For its songs, I Used To Be Her Favorite got me teary eyed, Changes by Connie got me blown away and Jessi and Nick’s duet is awesome

When my best friend came out as gay his mother was totally against it it hurt him so bad because they were so close just like these two were. It broke my heart to find out she kicked him out when he got done with high school. It took a few years but she did come around and was there when they adopted their first baby

I really like this scene because it breaks the stereotype that mothers will always be accepting of who their children are and Dads will be more conservative and take disciplinary actions I’ve seen alot of singe parents whether it be a single dad or a single mom who have no choice but to try to act as a mother and a father for their children who don’t have a mother figure or father figure my dad is a single parent and even tho he doesn’t tell me he’ll accept me for whoever I am all the time Ik he would understand if me his only daughter brought a girl home and called her my gf
