I will also show you how to create the keyframed animation and copy the whole thing and save it as a transition that will automatically adjust to the speed or duration of any transition or Adjustment Layer you choose to use. Hi! I love the short explanation movies! Just a tip: Sometimes I am not sure what I am looking for. It would be usefull to show the effect you are creating and what the result is at the beginning of your video. this way I dont have to look all the way at the end to see whta you made and I immediately know this is what I am looking for/move on.

I think Adobe's update messes something up. Offset value should be -960 to 0 now and not -960 to 960. Also Posterize effect doesn't work in conjunction with Offset and Directional Blur. If anyone wants to get a similar look then replace "Posterize" with "VR Chromatic Aberrations"
