Officials from Canada, the United States and Mexico signed an amended version of the new North American trade deal, called the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), on Tuesday in Mexico City. Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland represented Canada for the signing.

Mercedes Stephenson reports on what changes have been made to the USMCA deal

The pact is Trump’s replacement for the North American Free Trade Agreement, which took effect in 1994. NAFTA slashed tariffs and tore down most trade barriers between the United States, Canada and Mexico, unleashing a burst of trade between the three countries.

As a continent we should try hard to work together. Glad to see this. Hopefully everyone holds up their end and keeps working with each other.

a third independent party agreed by the two parties in conflict; the latter format was proposed by Mexico.

USMCA Chapter 23 labor and environmental provisions open borders for Corporate America to hire unlimited immigrants. 600, 000 new jobs, but for immigrants not Americans. Environmental standards over sight will be juricated in International Environmental Organization by non elected officials... another EU scheme for open borders, carbon footprint insider profits
