The hardest checkmate in 1 puzzle of all time

Checkmate occurs when the king is in danger and there is no way to capture, block or run away from the checking piece--and checkmate wins the game! A somewhat experienced player might think that checkmate in 1 is easy, but this isn't always the case. This is probably the trickiest checkmate in 1 of all time, from a psychology study on memory addressing chess players and their purportedly excellent mnemonic skills (tl;dr they're not that great it turns out). If it isn't the hardest, it's at least the most entertaining!

One helpful tip to find mate in 1 generally start with knight as such checks cant be "blocked" and if king is in stalemate then its an easy mate
