I selected the same cover for the same reasons as you. It’s clean and doesn’t overstimulate my brain. It’s calming.

I have come to learn that I have ADHD I saw a therapist last year who confirmed it. I understand now why I relate so much to the way you plan. The way you tackle planning makes sense. Merry Christmas Mary Ellen ❤ Bumble Too!

I use the erin condren daily duo, and I really like it. The paper quality is unmatched, plus, it's split up into two 6 month planners. The designs are always beautiful, too! 😊

First time seeing someone with my exact name. The coiled planner is great. I like the colors in it.

I dislike coils period. No matter how careful you are with them, at some point the coil will bend and/or the paper gets snagged. Also, its awkward to write with the big coils. I’ve switched to bound planners going forward. I don’t like how discbound paper messes up as well. Overall a nice planner though.

Thank you for sharing! ❤ I’m not one for the times already set in because I have work, personal and kid schedules. So I use the HP! Also I like to decorate it! And I use the Cocoa Daisy notepads for my to-do lists!

Cute. How exciting for you.. I hope it gives you the peace and organization you are looking for.. I push hard when writing too, so I use a blotter page between the pages ~ a folded in half printer paper .. so easy to move to the next day etc.. and can be changed out as needed.. happy holidays to you. Your nail color screams let’s celebrate in style.

I"ve used the same Day Designer Daily planner for probably 5 years. The ones made by Day Designer have better quality paper. The ones made by Blue Sky for Day Designer are less expensive and the paper quality is super thin.

What I like about it is I can color block my day with color pencils or highlighters so I can visualize my day better (I alsl have ADHD). It also has a daily checklist. It's super simple and super basic but works for me

I used this 2 years ago, wasn’t sure it was an ongoing need and skipped it for 2023. Turns out, I missed it BIG TIME. Love my HP for weekly spreads, all the family things in one place, decorated a bit, but like you-ADD- I need a daily for just ME. My routines, fitness/symptom tracker/personal goal action steps etc. all in one spot. I tried adding the HP daily sheets to my weekly HP. Total fail 🥺 With ADD, it was just another chore to manage (poorly) that often got skipped, which then meant I skipped a lot of things that help me function well. Back to MY daily for 2024 and I AM SO EXCITED. I don’t haul it around, it lays open 99% of the time, so twin loop catching pages isn’t an issue. I decorate minimally and use ball point in colors so paper thickness isn’t an issue either. I scribble away without concern and LOVE IT. I hope you do as well. 🎉

I purchased this planner with the rainbow stripes after watching another review= more than once. I already have a full 2024 planner so I did not want to make the same big investment for the same year. I purchased the academic year 2023-24 on a great deal and feel I can modify as needed. I am so in love with the look and feel of the coil, it is both sturdy and smooth. The protected cover corners. And the incorporated colors in the tabs and the pages!! Oh yeah, and that box it comes in, with the elegant pull tab.. I don't know how I'll use it, I haven't set it up yet. I do want to start in January. Where there's a will, there's a way! I am reading all of Emily's books now, too.

I have ADHD too and I’m the same way with planners and journals. For my daily basic things to function I use a basic daily planner with minimal stickers (love Day Designer the most for this). But I also have a happy planner and other fun ones with stickers for journaling, fun lists, etc. Just depends on my mood. It’s fun outlet & sometimes I either need the fun bright colors and sometimes it overstimulates me.

Currently using an Erin Condren compact vertical. Used the daily duo last year -this is good for what you were saying you need. I have a simplified smaller planner for on the go. I liked it and will prob get another. But it’s a5 size and mostly a list daily. The compact vertical has given me peace. I’ll stick with that for my main.

You might try switching the hours and list sections. You can time block by adding simple times and you could ignore the times and just start listing.

Those flowers on your name page are cracking me up 😂 They look like they're trying to communicate with the round-ish logo that's in between them.

I have the Simplified Daily and have been working with it for about three years. My my own ADD I find that it’s simplistically is what works best with me. I don’t really use the stickers or washi tape. I just don’t need that distraction.

I half to have a daily. I am just a list maker at heart! I tried this planner for 6 months. Loved everything about it, but one thing. The twin loop - when I went to fold it over on itself to have only the day showing I needed each day, the cover kept coming off the loop. couldn't stand it any more. Wish they would move to a coil. Other than that, I love it! Now I use the Erin Condren daily. Coiled and comes in 2 books. Hope this works out for you and better for you than it did for me.

I think the daily schedule being wide may work out. Let’s say you block out 8am-12pm in advance for something. Then, when that day comes, you have some urgent tasks, you can the add further breakouts of time to the right, maybe tasks by the hour for that time period. For myself, sometimes I have meetings that overlap, so that area gives room to write more than one in a time block.

I dont use a daily but i do use an hourly because of my therapy client appointments. It will be interesting to see how you use this
