I love these one sided perspectives. 
Every supplement has potential issues, more water weight can translate into more stress on kidneys, increased blood pressure, and cardiovascular issues.
If someone already has any underlying /borderline problem this may exacerbate it.

Does the fact of those positive consequences of taking creatine necessarily justify taking it? The HLC part of my ID loves your channel for the health and medical education I acquire from it. I just want to know if you would tell *_everyone_* they should be taking this supplement! And I wouldn't post if I didn't know the answer. The answer is that you (the viewer considering taking creatine) should consult your physician because there are a number of major and quite common health conditions/situations in which persons should categorically NOT take this supplement. Hope this is discussed in the full video and that those considering it watch beyond this short.
