Process to raise issues:

1. Register with SCORES by providing details from your KYC Registration Agency or complete the Registration Form.

2. File a complaint by choosing the appropriate category, nature, and naming the SEBI-regulated entity involved.

3. Keep track of your complaint's status and receive automatic reminders for timely resolutions.

4. Request a review of your complaint within 15 days after receiving the initial response, with a second-level review option available.

5. Share feedback on the complaint resolution process within 15 days of closure to enhance the
SCORES system.

SCORES is in online grievance redressal facilitation platform by SEBI.

You can use their portal to raise your complaint if your broker or platform does not satisfy it.

I could not make the cut off time due to PayTM constantly failing my payment. Wanted 209 NAV, ended up getting allotted at 216.

This is very important. Also funds added to the trading platform was credited after 5 to 6 hours even though it was debited instantly from the bank account
