Sosilawati murders: Death penalty on ex-lawyer and farmhand upheld

The Federal Court on Tuesday (Oct 8) upheld the death sentences of a former lawyer and a former farmhand for the murder of cosmetics tycoon Sosilawati Lawiya and her three aides, 14 years ago.

The three-judge panel, led by Chief Justice Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, rejected the applications submitted by N. Pathmanabhan, 55, and T. Thilaiyalagan, 33, to review their death sentences.

Esok pagi selepas solat Subuh dah boleh dah jalani hukuman gantung sampai mati.
Jam 8.0 dah boleh buat tuntutan mayat di penjara.
Jam 11.00 dah boleh bawak mayat ke tempat pembakaran mayat yang berdekatan.
Jam 12.00 dah masuk alam barzakh. Settled.
