Tacx Flux S Broken | Issue with Tacx Flux S

This is just a short video of the issue I'm having with my Tacx Flux S at the moment. I'm not sure if I'm able to fix this easily and wanted to know if anyone was aware of the issue and if they know how to fix? It's like riding with a brake on constantly and is having a big impact on the watts I'm able to put out!

It is still within the warranty period so I've got in touch with Garmin to ask them if they can assist. However, I'm concerned it may take some time to resolve and this could prevent me from continuing to upload Zwift videos for a while which is not ideal!

Sounds like the problem I had with mine. Sideways flex in the unit can cause the drive belt to shift sideways, skipping into the next groove on the pulleys, so it then rubs on the case. Mine was out of warranty, so I took the case off and got the belt back into the correct groove. Easy to disassemble, just need to remember where the long screws and the short screws go.
