THE BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE ALPHABET! How to sign your name in sign language!!!

Hey guys, it's Jack Edwards here! For today's video I thought I'd teach you the BSL (British Sign Language) alphabet. This is something you can practice which will keep you occupied away from a screen. I find it really calming and relaxing to just go over the BSL alphabet whenever I feel stressed or anxious, as you have to really focus on it. I'd recommend slowing down the video so you can practice alongside it, and then hopefully you can learn how to spell your own name using BSL finger-spelling :)

We learnt sign language in year 5 and this made me realise I remember a lot more of it than I thought I did as I started doing them before you showed it
