Crust
7 oz Graham Crackers
3 TB Sugar
2 Pinches salt
4 oz Melted Butter

Filling
5 Lg Egg Yolks
14 oz ( 1 can ) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
Zest 2 lemons

Whip Cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 TB Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake 350 F at 20 - 25 Min
