ABOUT ME:
Helping people understand the Autism Spectrum from an adult with Autism.

Hey from the Aspie World and a big welcome into my channel! I am a Dan from the UK and I have Aspergers Syndrome or ASD which is a form of Autism, often referred to as High Functioning Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I make videos every week on autism in adults and my journey / offer tips and help for everyone who is living with autism or learning about autism in children.

I also have help videos for helping people get a diagnosis of Autism or Aspergers Syndrome from the autism test, and also some advise and help for anyone who is friends, partners or loved ones who suffer from Autism or Aspergers Syndrome and may show autism symptoms.

I love your channel. I have aspergers, ocd, Tourette’s, adhd and very bad anxiety. It’s very cool to meet other people that have similar conditions.

I had a fidget cube that I used so much, most of the fidget thingies on it broke! Those things are super helpful, especially in a place like school where there's so much sensory stimulation and social situations.

I like the sound of the box when you open it.

You should put the chew-ring on a lanyard or something (in fact Chewigem has a loop with a lanyard type handle on it). All of this is fantastic!!

I used to take the elastic string out of my socks and use that to entertain myself. Rap it around my fingers, pull on it, etc.
It ruined the socks, unfortunately.

April is a great month it's autism awareness month. Especially the 2nd and the 20th. Autism awareness day on the 2nd. Then relax day on the 20th.

I have a fidget cube. I shove it in my pocket wherever I go so when I am stressed I just play with it. And no one can see me . I love the side with the switch because It is so satisfying . I love the thing that you can move like a controller thingy 😂too.

I have autism too. I have high-functioning autism, anxiety, some trates of depression, sensory processing disorder, panic disorder, and most likely PTSD. I'm also totally blind. My I-Phone and I-Pad talk to me, and they tell me what I write, or what someone's comments, messages, posts, or other things say. Or I use a bluetooth keyboard which is paired to my phone and I-Pad. Or I also use a braille note. Which is like a type writer and a computer. I like to keep the voice off on it, because I can just read everything on the braille display at the bottom of the device. I love to collect stim toys. I would really like an indoor swing sometime.

I have 6 siblings we all have autism along with other disorders and my little brother eli has severe autism and physical disabilities he loves the chew rings they help him feel grounded and he said bless you last night at church and I just thought I'd share because he wasn't really supposed to make it to 5 or ever talk and I'm really proud

Oh I love the slinky!!!! I used it as a kid just like you are in the video. :) I also love those pillows that sparkle and when you run your hand across them it changes to a different color. I’m not a chewer but I love colorful things and am fascinated with organizing stuff.
