I know this is nothing new.. and There are LOTS of fun cool ways to play your NES library these days. But this one… was just too damn cool to not talk about. Inside is a Pi Zero loaded with TONS of games.

I built my Pi 3 years ago inside a SNES mini system thats smaller then an NES cart. Best thing to get is a power cord with a foot button for on/off.

Back in the day, I loved shuffling through all of my Nintendo cartridges looking for the right one. It was just a fun thing for me to do. This is a great idea but, takes the fun away from thumbing through all of your games. I’d definitely buy it for the convenience bit, it wouldn’t be the same. And, Tecmo Super Bowl would be my go to.

I made a nespi a few years back. Looks like the nes console with 36k games on it! 😮

I've tried a couple of these systems that have hundreds of games, and I've found there's almost always a lag with the controller. And a tiny lag makes a huge difference. Does anyone know of any of these that don't lag??

There are a million things, just like this on the market. The oversaturation makes me not even wanna buy one.

Would be neat to build a media pc in a mock up of an NES... the cartridge slot could hid a blueray player lol

My folks still have my NES games in storage in the basement with the boxes, dust sleeves, and instruction books. DuckHunt/Gyromite (ROB was broken a long long time ago and I have no idea where it went) Blaster Master, Contra, Gauntlet, Super Mario 1, 2, 3, Paperboy, Disney Magic Kingdom (I think thats what it was called) Little Nemo, Castlevaina 1, 2, 3, 4 Megaman 1, 2, 3, 4, and X. LOZ, LOZ 2, LTTP, OOT, Metroid, Super Metroid, Mario Allstars, Mario RPG, Lawnmower Man, Cybernator, Pilot Wings, Sim City, Gradius 3, Act Raiser 1, 2, FF Mystic Quest, 2, 3, the Super Scope with Metal Combat: Falcons Revenge (underrated game) and my Virtual Boy with a handful of games.... I barely played that thing, so I can't remember what games I had for it. Plus, there are a bunch of other ganes I can't recall right now. My Dad was hell-bent on me keeping all of these in pristine condition as a kid... and I dont blame him considering each of those were like $40-$50 back in the 80s and 90s. I have no interest in selling any of that stuff, and Im very very grateful that they were put into plastic crates a long time ago as to not collect dust or moisture. The last time I even looked at em was in 2003.... but yeah, I dont know what to do with them besides hold on to them. The fact theyre all in their boxes... aside from the Super Scope and NES and SNES consoles...all of those game are in box woth booklets. Ill be 41 in a week and I'm genuinely considering burying them in the ground like a time capsule...
